If this theme could talk :
Why are you missing on who you truly are ?
What's keeping you from being your true self ?
Is it difficult for you to say "I love myself, I am proud of me, I earn it ..." ?
"Selfish, over-the-top ego, proud, arrogant, self-centered ..."

Acknowledging your worth, abilities, talents, skills, celebrating successes or prides, all of these are often mistaken for an excess of ego ! We wait for external validation instead of internal one.
Fearing this confusion between a big ego and self-love and worth consciousness leads to numerous consequences, looking small but impacting big time :
Diminishing yourself or your acts
Minimizing your efforts
Stepping back
Giving the credit to someone else
Not taking advantages of your skills
Not daring by fear of taking somebody else's place
Shining without apologizing, is it something I can learn ?
I don't know if you can "learn" it, but we can definitely look together what takes you away from celebrating successes and grabbing opportunities !
Shining is not synonym of "taking someone else's spot", nor diminishing, smashing or dominating someone.
Shining means taking and owning your own spot to be true to yourself !
This session is investigating how to be closer to this "True me", the one daring to ... (and it's often closer than we think) in order to starting shining without apologizing !
